Shipping
Since most of what we sell can either melt or break, we only ship 2 day priority through USPS. As a small business, orders are typically shipped out in 4-5 business days. Please take that into consideration when placing your order.
We reuse packing material from our suppliers. It helps to reduce waste!
Please make sure your shipping information is correct. If a package is returned due to an inaccurate shipping address, you will be responsible for additional shipping charges.
Care Intructions
+ CANDLES +
To ensure the best burn for your candles, allow your candle to burn long enough to create a full melt pool on its first burn. Due to the nature of soy way, your candle may solidify with a bumpy top. This is totally normal & to be expected with natural plant-based waxes. All candle vessels are intended to be reused after burning. TO CLEAN simply remove excess wax, add hot water to the vessel, and clean. Excess wax can be used in a wax warmer.
+ WAX MELTS +
Once wax is no longer scented, easily remove warm melted wax with a paper towel by allowing it to soak into the towel before tossing.
+ INCENSE +
To prolong the aroma of your incense, keep sticks in provided sealed bag when not in use. One incense stick is strong enough to last multiple burn times.
+ SPRAYS +
Store sprays in a cool place in an upright position. When traveling, lock spray trigger. Do not spray near open flame.

Refunds & Exchanges
Refunds are not available for a used or useable product. Must send a photo of broken item with name & order number. Refunds will be given on a case by case basis. Refunds and exchanges will not be given for personally disliking a fragrance you purchased. Must inquire about replacement/refund within 30 days of receiving broken product.
