Refund policy
We have a 30-day refund policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a refund.
To be eligible for a refund or exchance, you must send proof of broken or wrong item. Refunds and exchanges are given on a case by case basis.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
We do not expect refunds or exchanges for simply not liking the fragrance or misuse of product.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
Exchanges are only meant for customers who received the wrong item in their order. Return of the item is not necessary.Â
Refunds
We will notify you once weâve received your request and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, youâll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
